Clubs have valuable knowledge in policies, procedures, standards, and experienced employees—but turning that knowledge into effective training can require significant time and specialized resources.
Clubby AI helps administrators create structured courses, lessons, assessments, job aids, and policy-based learning directly inside the content environment they already use.
Create structured training from an idea or source material
Help administrators move beyond the blank page. Users can describe the training need, identify the audience and desired format, or begin with existing club material such as a policy, procedure, handbook, or operational document.
Multiple Content Types
Create complete courses, individual lessons, quizzes, knowledge checks, job aids, summaries, and policy-based training.
Guided Content Inputs
Define the topic, audience, role, tone, learning depth, duration, language, and business objective before generation.
Source-Based Creation
Use approved club documents and subject-matter information as the foundation for more relevant and accurate content drafts.
Why Club Core
Clubs can begin content development while the need is still current instead of waiting for extensive production cycles. A structured starting point also makes it easier for subject-matter experts to review and improve the work.
Review, refine, and make the content your own
AI-generated content should be treated as a working draft. Club Core gives administrators a clear review experience so they can verify accuracy, adjust the learning design, and align the content with the club’s standards and voice.
Editable AI Drafts
Revise titles, explanations, examples, scenarios, questions, feedback, and learning sequences before publication.
Club-Specific Customization
Add policies, terminology, branding, images, local procedures, role expectations, and examples from the club environment.
Regenerate with Direction
Request a shorter version, different tone, new examples, additional questions, or a revised section without rebuilding the entire item.
Why Club Core
The club remains in control of the final product. Administrators can use AI to accelerate production while preserving expert review, organizational standards, and the quality expected from employee training.
Move directly from creation to delivery and continuous improvement
Once the content is approved, move it directly into the club’s Content Management area without exporting files or rebuilding the course in another system.
Connected Content Workflow
Add approved content to My Content, collections, onboarding programs, or role-based learning paths.
Assign and Measure
Deliver the content to the appropriate employees and monitor completion, scores, feedback, and overdue requirements.
Update and Reuse
Revise content when policies or procedures change, create alternate versions, translate approved material, and reuse components in future training.
Why Club Core
Creation, management, delivery, and reporting remain connected. Clubs can respond to changing needs more quickly and maintain a living training library instead of allowing content to become outdated and difficult to update.
